    BUCKEYE STOVES LABOR WARRANTY POLICY

Thank you for putting your trust in Buckeye Stoves to supply the most reliable hearth products available. Our employees are dedicated to providing excellent service and installations that match the quality of our products. This policy outlines the standards we will follow in the event that there is an issue with a product or service performed by Buckeye Stoves.

Installations: At Buckeye Stoves, we stand by our knowledge and professionalism when installing home heating products. Clearances and safety precautions required for each unit are strictly adhered to and guaranteed to match manufacturers’ specifications. Structural integrity of our work is covered for a period of 1 year.

    • Roof flashings/Wall thimbles: Waterproof flashings and thimbles are guaranteed to remain sealed and waterproof for a period of 6 months, which falls under Buckeye Stoves' installation. The products themselves are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
    • Acts of Nature do occasionally arise and are not covered under our warranty. This may include events beyond our control, such as high wind events/tornadoes, lightning, hail, etc. Homeowners insurance companies will often provide relief for these events, and we are accustomed to working with them.

New appliance/product warranties: Each manufacturer has a detailed warranty policy available for consumers to review before making a purchase. It is important to review this and ask a sales representative about warranties, as this should influence your final decision. Buckeye Stoves will only provide warranty services adhering to the manufacturer’s guidelines.

    • Overfiring/Abuse of products will void the manufacturer’s warranty, and we are required to show photos of the damage to rule out negligence.
    • Mileage and Labor expenses are not guaranteed to be covered by the manufacturers and will be the responsibility of the customer.

When selecting Buckeye Stoves to complete a job, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this policy. This policy can change without notice.
